1.Shake first, then apply one pump on the lashes or eyebrow area.
2.Leave it on for one minute. Afterward, gently massage the foam into the lashes or brows.
3.Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

I love this foam brow cleanser!! I let it sit on the skin for 1-2 minutes then use a mascara wand to exfoliate any dead skin. It leaves the brows super clean and perfectly prepped for tinting.
