Supercilium is a henna brow tint product for professionals. These terms apply to all users of www.eu.supercilium.com. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Supercilium and visits to the site. Supercilium reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
Supercilium respects the privacy of all users of this website. We ensure that the personal information the user requires is always handled confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
The personal data provided by you to Supercilium via the webshop or e- mail will only be used for the stated purpose, such as responding to requests for information. If you have questions about this, you can always contact us.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Supercilium does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Supercilium will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. We cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Supercilium may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. Supercilium cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site.
Supercilium is a product based on Henna, a natural ingredient. And it depends on a skin tone what the results will be. We cannot guarantee that colors are always the same on any person. If you don’t like a color after using the make-up you ordered you cannot refund it. So please choose and order carefully.
Prices shown on the site are in euro’s and are excludes of VAT.
Supercilium is not responsible for any customs duties & taxes incurred within your receiving country.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We accept Ideal, Paypall, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Supercilium, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a Supercilium user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Supercilium uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of two weeks. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging for a refund. If you don’t like the color of your purchase after using it, it can not be returned. So please choose carefully before you place any order.
Please note that all returned items have to be sent back in one package. We advise you to sent back the package with registered mail. If the goods are used, damaged, incomplete or not been send back in it original box then Supercilium is not obliged to take back the item. The return cost is not refundable. We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) or color you prefer.
Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed your will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by e-mail: email@example.com. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price.
We work with a selected number of trainers that have many experiences with brow shaping and coloring. The trainers work independent and Supercilium isn’t responsible for the quality of the course. We recommend taking a henna brow course when you already have experience with shaping and dying the skin
Trainers are not permitted to train other trainers without permission from Supercilium.
